Senior Service Advisor:

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Advisor to fill a full-time position we are recruiting for at Porsche Centre Chester.

Previous experience of working in a Service Advisor position at a car dealership is essential.

The role requires someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for customer service.

The Service Advisor role is fast paced and ultimately you will be the contact between our customers and Technicians. You will be responsible for not only looking after the customer and keeping them up to date with the progress on their car, but you will also need to liase with Technicians on a daily basis. You will greet our customers, listen to their requests, schedule appointments and be their point of contact whilst we have their car.
