Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Vacancy

Establish IQC & OQC procedure and be responsible for daily QC activities

This IQC/OQC involves both ASIC , Bare Si/ GaAs as well as LED wafers

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with incoming supplier/ outgoing customer to define IQC/OQC spec
  • Document inspection criteria and quality plan
  • Work with QA, Process and Product team on corrective action with quality issue
  • Work with manufacturing and process team for in process / QC audit
  • Responsible for creating and optimising IQC/OQC recipe (AOI – Automatic Optical Inspection, PL-photo luminescence)
  • Train IQC/OQC operator and Yield Technician on IQC/OQC procedures
  • Generate QA/QC reports

Key Skills/Experience required:

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in semiconductor/ LED manufacturing
  • Able to work with microscopes, etc. in clean room environment
  • Quality control of incoming, in-process and outgoing product knowledge
  • Knowledge of epi , LED, Si, GaAs characterisation
  • Working knowledge of any characterisation tool will be an advantage (Candela, SurfScan, PL, AOI)
  • Familiar with ISO standards and QMS
  • Detail oriented and team player
  • Good communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering with min 1 year of relevant experience
