Pleasant Land Distillery is a small business in Ashford. We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to responsibly create the best spirits in the world.

This is a busy distillery on a working farm. It is muddy and often wet and cold. with that comes amazing panoramic views, fresh air and some friendly farm animals.

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our growing business. Your role will require you to oversee all aspects of our office and co-ordinate with our sales team to prepare materials for new clients as well as corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage activities that keep the office running smoothly and effectively.
• Coordinate office activities with other employees and departments.
• Manage relations with vendors, clients, and employees.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained office area.
• Develop and implement cost-cutting strategies.
• Coordinate the schedules of clerical staff.
• Manage office supplies and maintenance of the office technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,340.00-£26,709.00 per year
