Marketing and Communications Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This is an integral role responsible for supporting the team on the organisation's communications and content creation across multiple channels including newsletters, corporate publications, social media and PR and media. The ideal candidate will have a good eye for detail, experience in creating creative content and excellent organisational skills.

Job Spec

E Newsletters

• Collate content for the company newsletter and build using mailchimp

Website and Digital

• Source and manage content for the company website, adding events, updating blog pages etc.
• Source and provide content for partner websites

Social Media

• Work with the marketing team and MD to collate content for engaging social media content to grow channels
• Manage day to day posting of videos, photography and assets

Brand and PR

• Ensure all on and offline company collateral is on brand and is in line with corporate guidelines
• Assist in the coordination of PR media opportunities for the company and MD

Events and Meeting Support

• Provide in-person event support, including logistics and event execution

Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
