Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a kitchen porter to join us in the kitchen at Pier Master's House. We are a scenic location with an up to date kitchen. Successful candidates will be fast paced, willing to listen to management and chefs and eager to help the team achieve the best standard. Successful candidates will have the job role of:

- Managing the KP section, operating the dishwashers and ensuring all dishes are cleaned and disinfected correctly.

- Managing stock and helping the chefs in keeping stock rotated and stored correctly.

- Helping chefs in some basic prep jobs.

-Managing waste and bin areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
