The Role

- Serve sushi according to menu

- Prep, cut sashimi

- Monitoring stock and reordering when required

- Maintaining a working environment up to EHO standard

- 40 hours per week

- From £11 per hour

- Permanent full time role

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year experience as a sushi chef (2 years preferred)

- Friendly and easygoing

- Capable of leading a team and working in a fast paced environment
