Materials Handler

Role Overview & Responsibilities

A vacancy has arisen for a Materials Operative at our Torry Marine Base. Duties will include receiving and checking goods and materials; preparing loads for shipment; loading and unloading of materials from vehicles, preparing equipment for backload to vendors and general warehouse duties.

Tasks and Responsibilities

The Materials Operative will also be expected to assist with other tasks within the department such as yard work, receipts and dispatch and kitting and staging of stock as and when required.

Requirements

Previous experience of warehouse and forklift operations is required. Computer literate including MS Office, Excel, Maximo experience is an advantage.
