Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
Our client is a manufacturer based in Burgess Hill looking to employ an addition to their production team in the powder coating section.
You will be handling component products and prepping, cleaning and spraying them before going through the oven process and checking for quality and finish.
You may also get involved in other production or warehouse departments on occasions to help out if required.
Experience is not essential, but a good work ethic, a desire to work as part of a lively, productive environment and a pride on your work and your attitude to punctuality and reliability are much more important.
Hours are on an alternating 2 shift pattern of an early/late shift of 7am - 3.30 pm and 10.3am 7.00pm.
