HR Administrator
Willenhall, Permanent
Full-Time: 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
£26,000 - £30,000 per annum

I am seeking a passionate HR Administrator to add to my clients story, you will play a vital role in the business to ensure processes run smoothly.

Duties:
    Review relevant HR policies in place
    Drafting and delivering offer letters, employment agreements, and personnel correspondence.
    Onboarding new staff to the company portal and managing records of their holidays, sick days, and other forms of absences.
    Maintaining precise and current documentation of updates to contracts, bonuses, personal information, and disciplinary actions
    Staying informed and up to date on any modifications to employment laws and regulations.
    Assisting with recruitment for the company – filtering CV’s and inviting applicants to interview
    Arrange meetings where appropriate
    Collect and summarise timesheet data and manually inputting of payroll data into the system

Experience criteria:
    At least five year’s experience in a HR role or CIPD qualified
    Must have excellent attention to detail and be highly organised
    Payroll experience would be extremely beneficial
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
