Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist people with everyday activities and provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Plan, prepare, and oversee the activities of a home-bound individual or family.
• Provide home care services that promote health and independence.
• Assist with personal care, medication management, safety, and other areas of need for a patient or family.
• Maintain records of work activities for patients or families.
• Work as part of a team.
• Communicate with the care manager to ensure that the client's needs are being met.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Leicester, Leicestershire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
