Job summary
1x 37 hour role | 1x25.5 hour role
Medical Receptionist required to cover mornings, afternoons and evenings in a busy inner town centre Practice. Must be IT literate have good telephone skills. Fluent in English. Excellent customer skills and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the smooth running of the Practice. Welsh speakers highly desirable.
Ideal candidate should have Vision system knowledge and previous experience in working in a GP setting, however it is not essential as all training will be given.
Main duties of the job
The right candidate will be expected to support the Practice in engaging with the patient population in a professional and courteous manner. Duties will include, but not limited answering the telephones, face to face dealing with the patients, booking appointments, cancelling appointments, assisting with Practice targets. Taking down patient requests and administrative duties.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: Β£10.40 per hour
