Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a small but busy traditional butchers shop in east London and are currently looking for full or part -time experienced butchers

The successful candidate must have at least 2 years experience in retail butchery .

They must also need :-

*Passion for the trade

*a can do attitude /self motivated

*Working knowledge with food

*great customer service

* to work solo or in a team

*general cutting skill/sausage making

* stock control and rotation

*must have initiative

* counter displays

* good eye to detail
