Role Overview & Responsibilities

Paws Dog Camp is seeking a new employee to join our team of professional dog walkers. We service the peninsula which includes taking a group of dogs off leash and hiking at our private dog ranch . Each dog walker is responsible for picking up dogs and returning them safely after an adventure hike at our private dog ranch. Also preforming maintenance of dog ranch (mowing)

Requirements:

*Monday thru Friday 8-3:30pm approximately

* must love dogs & have experience with dogs

* 8 years minimum driving experience & a current California drivers license- good driving record - pass a criminal background check & drug test

*love being outdoors , working rain or shine, don't mind getting dirty

*willing to lift 50 pound pups if needed

* local resident- live on the peninsula

* reliable worker , good at multitasking & working independently.looking for a long term position minimum 1-2 years

* must be friendly and professional with clients

*at the ranch we supervise pups to facilitate safe doggie play

*company provides vehicle (gas & maintenance)

*our clients are friendly socialized dogs that come on a regular routine hike

* maintenance experience required, mowing several acres & maintaining all outdoor garden & ranch equipment (mower & weed wacker equipment )

Pay: $21-24 per hour

$20 paid training
