Role Overview & Responsibilities

Award Winning Agency based in Kemp Town seeks a Lettings Manager to run a small team with a fast growing department. Would suit someone currently working as a senior negotiator wanting to progress. This is a full time position must be able to work alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week. Ideally have your own car with car allowance offered. The ideal candidate should be well presented, enjoy interaction with customers, confident, valuations, assisting in property management. Hardworking, enthusiastic and team player. This is a great opportunity to earn uncapped commission. Salary is neg: upon experience. Ideally Arla qualifications.

EXPERIENCE IN THE ESTATE AGENT INDUSTRY A MUST

This role would suit someone with experience and wants to run their own department and team.

Basic Salary depending on experience but around £30/35k plus a good commission structure. Uncapped.

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
