Warehouse Operative

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have a position available for a warehouse operative at our Parts Plus business in Burnley. This role would suit someone who is punctual, organised, forward thinking and reactive. Daily duties include handling of stock, checking incoming items have part numbers and any discrepancies are marked down, checking for any damages, placing stock in correct areas, picking orders and checking ready for dispatch, ensuring parts are signed for and payments are taken over the trade counter and to adhere to first in first out (fifo) stock control management process. Full training will be given for the right candidate.

* Driving license essential

* Hours of work are Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm and alternate Sat Mornings 8am - 12.30pm

* 22 days holiday per year plus 8 bank holidays
