Car Park Attendant - Evenings

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are currently recruiting a car park attendant to join the team covering the evening shift on The Esplanade car park.

To start on 1st April 2023 anticipated to work between 12-18 hours per week. Shifts range from 4-6 hours per evening between 4pm and 10pm. We require an employee to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays.

Responsibilities and duties will include;
Undertaking regular patrols of the car park.
Assisting customers with queries/complaints.
General onsite cleaning
Payment troubleshooting - assisting customers with cash and card payments.
General onsite admin

The ideal candidate will display;
Good communication skills both verbal and in writing
Good customer service skills
Good numerical skills
Good technical experience and ability to use smart phones and / or PDA’s
The ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining calm and polite at all times
The ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivate

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 7 months
Part-time hours: 12 per week
