Trainee Dental Nurse

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, polite and highly motivated trainee dental nurse for our busy NHS and private dental practice.

The right candidate must be reliable, well presented, with excellent written and spoken English. Enrolled on the course.

Essential requirements of a dental nurse;

• The ability to work on your own initiative
• Excellent organisational skills
• Flexibility and the capability to work well with others
• A willingness to learn

Responsibilities and Duties

Job role includes;

• Set up and prepare surgery for patients and treatment
• Provide chairside assistance
• Maintain a clean and tidy surgery and equipment by following the HTM 01-05 guidelines
• Ensure the care and welfare of patients
• Other duties as necessary for the efficient operation of the practice

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
