Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are recruiting Care Assistants now for our Resdential Care home . We have a range of opportunities including full-time, part-time, night working . We recently increased our hourly pay rates and offer full training support - it is a great time to join our friendly team.

Pay and Benefits

· Pay per hour Monday to Sunday starts from £10.90 for inexperienced Carers up to a maximum of £11.75 for Senior Care Assistants. We pay a onthy bonus form £30 - £60 , with an annual bonus . Please see details for each vacancy, below, for exact rates.

QCF Qualifaction in social care required , but we will support you to enrol .

· Full induction including the Core to get you registered with Social Care Wales , followed with enrolement to QCF 2.

· Fully funded job specific training

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

• Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Experience:

• Care home: 1 year (preferred)
• Home care: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
