To be a Care Assistant you don’t need to have any experience or qualifications in care, what you do need though is compassion and to be able to have empathy and show kindness for others.

As a care assistant you will make a direct difference to our residents' lives - providing personal care, assisting with medication, serving food / drinks and just being there for them when they need it.

Right now, we’re looking for enthusiastic and committed Care Assistants to join the team at our care home in Earl Shilton.

What we offer:

· Various hrs available (22-44) plus overtime available

· Shift pattern - 8pm – 7am

· Competitive rates of pay -£10.25 hr

· 2 week rolling rota – you’ll always know what you are working in advance

· 5.6 weeks paid holiday per year (including bank holidays)
