Role Overview & Responsibilities

Paragon Commercial Cleaning Ltd have a new opportunity for an Cleaning Manager to join the team.

This role is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for the needs of the business.

A fully expensed fuel card is provided with the role. This role covers the Derby area .

The role will include the day-to-day management of a number of sites and cleaning staff across the Derby area, to ensure that the highest of standards are delivered in line with our client’s specifications. You will be expected to work some early mornings / evenings, occasional weekends as required.

Duties will include:

• Assist with recruitment, training and induction of new staff.
• Liaise with Clients
• Conduct regular cleaning audits.
• Planning and scheduling, holiday/absence cover
• Covering vacancies/absences where needed
• Have full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals.
• Stock ordering.

Required Skills:

• Relationship building with both clients and employees
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Problem solving
• A Clean valid UK Driving licence
• I.T. literate

Salary: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
