You will:

  • Be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Providing advice and mentoring to managers and employees on all phases of the recruitment and/or staffing process
  • Provide timely and appropriate HR Support across the employee lifecycle
  • Dealing with sensitive day-to-day people management issues and act as an advisor to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to all legal and best practice obligations
  • Developing strong relationships with business and functional leaders and becoming recognized as a trusted contributor
  • Partnering with Senior HR Leaders and other HR colleagues in the implementation of the HR plans and initiatives.
  • Monitoring, designing, and implementing company policies as part of the HR team
  • Monitoring key HR metrics

Requirements:


  • MSc in Human Resources Management or CIPD qualifications
  • 2+ years of HR experience working within a demanding, fast-paced competitive environment
  • Good knowledge of UK labor law and HR practices and their application in meeting business requirements
  • Hands-on experience managing the full recruiting cycle
  • Strong customer service and communications (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Managing time and resources effectively; meeting mutually agreed deadlines and flags delays and obstacles
  • Adapting quickly and positively to new situations
