Role Overview & Responsibilities

SUMMER FESTIVAL WORK 2023

We are currently offering the opportunity to join our festival catering team, serving delicious French crepes. We are looking for hard working and physically sound individuals who cope well under pressure within small teams. Must have great people skills and personal hygiene.

Especially aimed at those who enjoy the outdoors and aren't afraid of camping. No previous experience required.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:

- Ability to work well under pressure with like minded colleagues.

- Enjoy camping and the great outdoors.

- Be willing to travel long periods and stay away from home for extended periods of time.

- Be patient with work pick up/drop off times and work start/end times. Every festival is different, location and working times vary week on week/ show to show.

- Have excellent communication skills.

- Have excellent personal hygiene.

- Be flexible for last minute changes. The festival hospitality industry can be highly unpredictable, and plans often change or evolve at the last minute.

- Must be available to start employment at the beginning of May. Some paid training dates will be available for the end of April, which we oblige successful candidates to attend.

- No previous catering experience required.

- No driving license required. However, applications of qualified drivers will be looked upon favourably, with extra pay and incentives for those willing/able to drive, and with access to their own vehicle.
