Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Sales & Operations Associate, who will help and support the store Business Manager in the efficient operations of ourPACK & SEND service centre in Elephant & Castle. The role primarily involves operational and administrative responsibilities and includes ongoing training and development in other aspects of the business.

Scope

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Operations

• Preparing freight for consignment
• Organising local pick-ups and deliveries
• Consigning all packages correctly
• Tracking and tracing all consignments
• Managing communications in and out of the service centre
• Handling customer services and complaints
• Handling administration

Sales

• Professional handling of telephone sales
• Performing legendary levels of customer service
• Ensuring appropriate pricing calculated for customers

Key accountabilities:

• Achieve high standards of customer service
• Develop skills and knowledge of all aspects of the business with the aim of being promoted to Business Manager or Business Development Manager’s role.
