Logistics/Warehouse Coordinator - Permanent

Key Responsibilities
The post holder will act as the central point of contact for all internal and external enquires regarding all UK and overseas despatch information and tracking despatches

• To produce all documentation associated with goods being despatched
• To liaise with the relevant organisations such as Chamber of Commerce to ensure that despatches are in line with current Customs requirements (i.e. EUR1’s)
• To act as a central point of contact for all imports with couriers as required ensuring where possible that all correct documentation (i.e. IPR’s,) is completed to enable smooth progress through Customs
• To ensure all goods in are checked and booked in and put away
• To maintain accurate records, filing and document control systems

Required Experience

• Experience of working in a manufacturing and national export environment within an administrative role
• Experience of international shipping
• Solid experience of using MS Word, Excel and Outlook is essential
• Experience of liaising with Chambers of Commerce coordinating documentation required to meet custom requirements
• Able to resolve issues, prioritise responsibly and manage own workload
• Experience of using ERP software packages such as Microsoft Navison is advantageous

Salary: Up to £23,000.00 per year
