Retail Sales Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a Monday and Tuesday, 9.30am - 4.30pm and be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting our products and keeping the Store looking it's best at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Sell the company's products and services.
• Provide customer assistance, including product information and assistance.
• Choose the most opportune times to engage customers in conversation or when to offer assistance.
• Promote sales.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Follow the organization's practices, decorum and dress code.
• Follow company policies regarding customer service.
• Work with limited supervision.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aldeburgh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
• customer service: 1 year (preferred)
