26 days holiday + bank holidays; Hybrid working and flexible hours; Focus on continued professional development; Regular socials including overseas trips; Joining an amazing team of talented and supportive Marketing specialists; Dynamic brand and marketing agency working across interesting B2C and B2B clients, providing marketing, digital advertising, website development and optimisation, and brand development. Digital Marketing Exec to manage PPC and Paid Social campaigns, and Google Analytics.

THE ROLE

Working on predominantly on consumer and some business to business accounts, the Digital Marketing Exec will be working within an experienced marketing team across the following:

- Keyword research

- Google ad campaign set-up and management

- Facebook ad account management

- Split testing

- Monitoring, analysing and reporting on campaign performance

- Set up of Google Tag Manager

- Set up of Google Analytics reporting

- GA4 experience desired but can be trained

THE PERSON

The Digital Marketing Exec may currently be in a Marketing, Paid Media, PPC, Paid Social or associated role and must come with most or ideally all of the following:

- One to two years' experience in Digital Advertising (PPC / Paid Social)

- Solid understanding of Analytics, drawing actionable insights

- Curious nature, natural problem solver

- Honest, open and great at working with others

- Clear understanding of the commercial impact of success for your clients

- Appropriate qualifications underpinning your experience

The Digital Marketing Exec role can accommodate candidates at the higher end of the bracket who will need less guidance (though personal development will still be central), or candidates towards the lower end for whom further training can be provided.
