Job description

We are looking to recruit a full/part time Care Assistant to join our team at Orchard House.

We are a friendly 31 bedded nursing home, we care for service users with a variety of needs including Dementia.Our home is focused around 'Namaste Care', this is a wellbeing programme set up to improve the quality of our resident's lives by integrating compassionate nursing with individualised sensory activities in a group setting.

The care assistant will be responsible for the effiicient and effective delivery of care. They will maintain an environment which respects the rights and wishes of service users, encouraging Person Centred Care and independance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £9.75-£10 per hour

Part-time hours: 24-36 per week

Schedule:

• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sutton Coldfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
