Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Pasty & donuts shop assistants to join our growing business on Bournemouth seafront. Our continuing success is down to the talent and hard work from our people.

The Role

Our assistant are the face of our business and are there to help customers. As a fast paced retailer we put customers first, second and third in everything we do. This role will require you to have a can-do attitude and to be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and sell our products
• Serve customers, maintaining our high level of customer service
• Adhere to health & safety and basic food hygiene regulations
• Assist in shop clean down during and at the end of the day
• Available to work during the week and at weekends on a rota basis
• Product Knowledge- Providing detailed information about our products to customers.
• Replenishing Stock- Maintaining high standards throughout your department.
• Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly.
• Targeted on having appropriate Till Point Conversations with every customer to add on sales and increase the average transaction value.
• Working on tills accurately and efficiently, to provide a positive customer experience.

- Strong communication skills and ability to participate as a key team member

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
