This position is the site leader for our Bracknell UK site, one of onsemi’s centers of excellence for new product development. This is a key site because it has design teams for both our automotive and our industrial/commercial business groups. These teams are working on some of our most innovative and successful products.

This position will directly be responsible for a majority of the personnel at the site. There are a few people at the site that report into other functions and for them the site manager provides oversite. It is a matrix organization that while directly reporting to the ISG Engineering Leader, will also be responsible to the automotive and industrial/commercial design leaders. The site leader is expected to tie the multiple managers on each design team together and to deliver the products they are developing.

The site leader sets the culture and tone for the whole site and is responsible to set the bar for acceptable behavior along with the local HR business partner in a way that is consistent with local customs and laws.
