Managing 3 sites across London and Redhill

One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking to recruit a Regional Engineering manager to lead technical delivery cross 3 sites for their banking customer.

These sites include the customer's critical UK Headquarters, a satellite local site, and a smaller facility in Redhill.

Work includes Hard and Sift services, spanning M&E, fabric and project work.

Here, you will line manage the three site based Supervisors and work to ensure a seamless engineering service.

This is a fantastic role for an Engineering Manager to take the next step in their FM career, working for a renowned employer on a prestigious contract.

Actions will include:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for asset care for equipment and drive improvements in overall engineering performance. This will be through the direction of the engineering teams involved with the installation and maintenance of client utilities and facilities across the client estate in compliance with statutory regulation and to employer and the client’s standard
  • Ensure, through suitable training, that technical expertise and knowledge of key equipment, utilities and legislation exists within the team
  • Control of all activities within assigned sites for mechanical and electrical, power, water, heating/cooling and physical structure
  • Assume a lead role in the delivery of engineering capital projects
  • Provide technical expertise and advice on the design and procurement of utilities and engineering equipment
  • Preparation and management of engineering budgets and tracking of spend versus budget
  • Develop, maintain and improve engineering processes to execute all engineering activity in a safe and compliant way, including risk assessments, method statements, SOPs etc

We need from you:

  • Clear managerial experience and a technical background - electrical and/or mechanical

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
