Junior IT Support Analyst

NxGen Recruit are currently recruiting a Junior IT Support Analyst on a permanent basis for a expanding business based in Hemel Hempstead.

You will be part of a busy internal IT Support Team supporting users across the UK remotely and also at desk side at head office so you will eventually be providing 1st Line and 2nd Line Support for a range of IT software and hardware.

You don't need experience for this role as training will be provided however we do need the following:

• A passion and interest in IT
• Willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Polite telephone manner
• Any knowledge in software and hardware such as Windows Operating Systems would be advantageous but not essential.
• Recent IT qualification would also be desirable.

Please note this role is based in Hemel Hempstead and will be office based 5 days per week.
