Assistant Accountant

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to work from their Nottingham based office on a hybrid basis.

Assistant Accountant
Nottingham – 2/3 days a week
£25,000 - £30,000

The successful candidate will either be AAT qualified or working towards their qualification ad will have experience working within a Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant role. Within the role you will support the Management Accountant and Finance Manager by engaging internally and externally to ensure all finance and accounts governance is completely accurately, along with the following key duties –

• Supporting the management of our cash book including cash book postings
• Undertaking month end reconciliations
• Supporting month end accounts and analysis
• Ledger maintenance
