Logistics Operator

Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Proficient in customs clearance system.
• Categorize documents in strict accordance with customs requirements.
• Be able to submit customs materials smoothly for import and export declaration
• Cooperate with customs for inspection or secondary declaration.
• Handling imports and exports shipments, coordinating between customers and the UK customs team.
• Screening shipping documents including HS code, and goods value declared.
• Checking ETA, chasing linehaul and shipping line to update the arrival status.
• Fluently using IT ERP system to Optimize the customs operation and warehouse operation.
• Raising sales invoices and reconcile the suppliers’ bills by comprising quotation.
• Ability to complete the whole operation chain from arrival of shipment, transit, custom cleared, last mile delivery.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and bachelor’s degree in logistics management/ supplychain or relevant field.
• Right to work (including PSW visa)
• Preferable with study model in import and export, international logistics, E-commerce, business Management
• With excellent communication skill, good service manner, sound knowledge of computer system, customs system, inventory system, well organised, detail oriented and strong execution ability.
• Office location will be in our main office which is in New Malden, Kingston, London KT34BH.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
