Coffee Shop Manager
Role Overview & Responsibilities
To open up and carry out temperature checks, bake pastries etc
-To check food is all labeled in the fridge
-Make sure the staff know what their duties are and where they are working
-To check food and drinks are being sent out to a high standard
-To greet customers and deal with any issues they may have
-To make sure all customers are happy
-To make sure the coffee lounge is clean and presentable at all times
-To manage staff
-To adjust rota’s accordingly
-To sign off holidays and get replacement staff to cover
-To make sure food orders are kept up to date and we are fully stocked at all times
-To make sure all hygiene requirements are being followed
-To be responsible for health and safety for the customers and staff
-To be able to do efficiently use the coffee machine, work in the kitchen, waitress, use the till
-To be able to keep the outside area including the rec free from litter
-To be confident for an inspection from environmental health
-To keep our food hygiene at a 5
-To interview future staff
-To work with me, offer suggestions and ideas, to report any issues
-To help cover weekends when the weekend supervisor is off
-To know about different allergens and be able to advise customers and staff
-To carry out staff training where necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,500.00 per year
