Role Overview & Responsibilities

The suitable candidate will need to be flexible and adaptable as the position is shift work.

You should be able to provide excellent Welcome to our guests and provide a high standard of service at FB point of sale..

To ensure you maintain the highest food and general hygiene standards, and security procedures are followed.

Familiarise yourself with the brand & hotel services in order to increase sales.

Be guest orientated and service minded, whilst being a good Team player with a positive approach.

Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Salary: £8.91-£10.42 per hour
