Role Overview & Responsibilities

Reporting to the HR function this role is to maintain all areas of the building at Norton House. Some of the responsibilities include:

Supervising a team of cleaners and to ensure the cleanliness of the building is maintained, including heating, cooling lighting and alarm systems, lifts and other health and safety checks, in line with company health and safety policies. The ability to carry out basic repairs and general maintenance tasks as required both inside and outside of the building. To source and co-ordinate contractors for major repairs and liaising with our security company to ensure the safe opening and closing of the building. The management of cleaning and other equipment for the business. The maintenance and upkeep of company cars.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary: £13,550.00-£14,500.00 per year
