Permanent Contracts | 37 hours per week | £22,369 to £24,054 (Grade E) | Norwich, Dereham or Great Yarmouth

Are you passionate about providing parents and their children with the guidance and support they need to live within the community and family home?

We are looking to recruit Home-Based Support Workers across Norfolk to join the Intensive and Specialist Support Service with the aim to enable more children to remain at home safely with their families.

As a Home-Based Support Worker, you will work with families, directed by Family Practitioners/Social Workers to promote safety and well-being and prevent escalation of need.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,369.00-£24,054.00 per year
