House Parent – Student Accommodation

We are looking for a friendly and professional full-time House Parent for one of our student residences in Oxford.

This is mainly a pastoral role providing a safe and caring boarding environment that enriches the lives of the students in the care of the college. The work involves safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our boarders. An ability to supervise is essential and there will be some administrative duties, including managing a small team of wardens. The successful candidate will work with a professional team at the College to ensure that our boarders are well looked after and that College rules are observed.

The role would suit a caring, mature, organised and dedicated person or couple who enjoy working with teenagers and young adults.
