Help Desk Support

The role of the Help Desk Support will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with a specific and large client who we serve on a daily basis. A strong emphasis on quality, honesty and always providing the highest possible standards is a must.

Core responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the day to day engagement with our client (face/voice of the business)
• Dealing with all inbound enquiries such as telephone, email and across all operational, quoting and contract queries.
• Creating jobs onto internal software following client instructions.
• Scheduling jobs once confirmed with tenants.
• Work within the wider operations team to improve customer experience.
• Liaising with clients on quote requests, job queries and contract admin
• Regular dialogue with clients and tenants (telephone)
• Updating and managing client portal

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From £30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sevenoaks, TN13 1DB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
