Role Overview & Responsibilities
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Staff Nurses to join the team within Glenrothes Hospital Ward 2 and WardWard 2 is a 20 bedded Consultant led ward that cares for adults who require rehabilitation and complex discharge planning. Ward 3 is a 17 bedded Consultant led ward that cares for adults who require rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.
The post holder will be expected to ensure safe and effective care that enhances the patient experience. You will be able to demonstrate high professional standards of care and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Good decision making skills in clinical practice and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You must possess evidence of effective team working and excellent interpersonal skills, and be committed to patient focused care.
A passion for the ethos of Community Hospitals is essential. You should also be able to demonstrate a commitment to your ongoing professional and personal development and education.
