We are seeking an enthusiastic registered nurse with skills and knowledge to succeed in the challenging role of Mental Health CHC Nurse Assessor. This is an opportunity for a candidate who has ambition to work in a unique environment, using their assessment skills to support some of the most vulnerable individuals in the community.

You will have knowledge of the National Framework for Continuing Healthcare (2022). You will also have an understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Mental Health Act 1983, including s117 aftercare.
