Salary: £25,000 - £45,000 (First year OTE)

We specialise in hiring exceptional leaders for multi-billion pound revenue companies in the Automotive and FMCG industries across Europe and USA. You will join our industry-leading training programme which is proven to produce top billers, even without any prior recruitment experience.

Main scope of responsibilities:

• Headhunting, engaging and interviewing candidates
• Cold calling to reach target candidates
• Building searches on platforms such as Linkedin
• Managing end-to-end hiring processes
• Working closely with Directors and Senior Managers to grow our client’s teams

Ideal candidate:

• Confident with effective communication skills both face-to-face and by phone
• Strong work ethic – we like people who are prepared to go above and beyond to achieve their goals
• Desire to learn and grow
• Previous sales experience is ideal but not mandatory
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced target-driven environment
