Daily Duties for Apprentice:

• Daily Banking
• Processing the Bank Statement Transactions into the DMS
• Reconciling the Bank Statement within the DMS
• Setting up Bank Payments
• Contacting customers to confirm Bank Details
• Importing Sales Transactions into Sage
• Posting Service Plan information to DMS
• Chase outstanding debt
• Sending customer statements
• Processing, coding and scanning Purchase Ledger Invoices to the DMS
• Raising sundry invoices for intercompany re-charges
• Reconciling Nominal Ledger Accounts

Entry requirements

• Maths & English Grade C/4 or above - GCSE or equivalent

Training to be provided

• Training to be provided through New College Durham
• College release day one day per week
• Level 2 Qualification to be gained upon completion
• AAT Qualification

Things to consider

Must be able to travel to New College Durham one day per week
