Production Operative

Overview:

Production Operative – Selsey Site – No experience required.

We are hiring additional Production Operatives to meet our customer demand. This is a permanent role and we offer a starting salary of £20,921pa, plus a shift allowance.

Responsibilities:

As a Production Operative you will be,

• Working on our food production lines, preparing various fresh produce for labelling
• Chopping and preparing fresh produce
• Picking and packing products
• Loading and unloading product onto the production lines
• Operating specialised machinery.

We operate a rotational shift pattern covering days and nights from 7 to 7.

7 shifts in every 14 days that involves 2 weeks on days, then 2 weeks on nights (12 hr shifts)

You would be working as follows:

Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
