Role Overview & Responsibilities

>Sales & Admin Office Assistant

National Floors are part of Headlam PLC who are a the largest flooring distribution company in the UK

We supply flooring products to the trade and also look after large and exciting customer some of which are B&Q, SCS, Tapi and Homebase

We have secured a contract with a large housebuilder and are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic to join the Multiple accounts team to help process the orders and look after the account, along with several other large customers

The roles also consist of supporting the National external account Managers internally

Some of the day to day duties

• updating orders,
• processing orders
• chasing stock,
• liaising with other depots.
• Looking after and assisting with calls from the multiple National accounts Managers
• Looking after and assisting with calls from our customer base
• Some excel spreadsheet work
• Organizing your dairy

Being able to organize your day and yourself plus a confident polite phone manner are real positives that we are also looking for in an individual

You may from time to time, go out to visit our customers with the Accounts manager

Full training will be given to the successful candidate on how to operate our operating system
