Birthday Party Host/Receptionist/Admin

Role Overview & Responsibilities

You will be part of a fun and fast paced team of Children's Fitness Teachers assisting with the operation of the business. On Saturday and Sunday you will be helping to set up for Birthday Parties and take care of all the little jobs that come up so that the teachers can focus on the entertainment!

You will be mentored by an experienced business management professional and be taught how to handle phone calls, email inquiries, face to face inquiries, make sales, deal with payments, bookings, take attendance, help with marketing and social media and more.

The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal skills, organisational skills, attention to detail, IT skills and great written and oral communication. They should be able to carry out a task efficiently and accurately once it has been explained to them.

The successful candidate would be based in our Richmond location but can occasionally work from home. They must be able to work weekends. If they are good with children and can step in to assist classes and parties when we're short staffed that would be a bonus.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: £9.00-£11.00 per hour
