IT Support Engineer Full Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Description – IT Support Engineer

• Escalated IT Support Tickets / Projects / Migrations.
• Senior Helpdesk Support
• Multiple environments: Office 365 / Sharepoint / Windows / MDM / Backup & DR / Cyber / Server / Cloud / Hybrid
• Actively leading Migrations / upgrades / patch management etc
• Supporting clients both remotely and onsite.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Devices / cloud servers / on-premise services and client software applications.
• Networking and Infrastructure support – Firewall, Switches, Routers – Configuration and Maintenance.
• Cyber Security Solutions
• Supporting and assisting junior team members

Personal Qualifications

• 12-24 months IT Support experience within a business environment.
• Good knowledge of networks (including hardware and configuration), office 365, windows applications and tools and peripheral hardware.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal at all organisational levels
• Extremely high level of customer service.
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet all the required deadlines and expectations
• Ability to “think on your feet” and react positively to given situations.

Compensation

• Hybrid working environment – Office (Faversham, Kent) Regular Home Working Available.

Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year
