Kennel Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated kennel Assistant to join our team. Preference will be given to those working towards or attained OFQUAL level 3 qualification in Animal Care or similar, and be able to handle all breeds of dogs and cats.

We are offering a zero hours contract on a temporary basis, starting in April through to October. Initially, it will be one day at the week-end plus 2 days during the week working approx. 18 hours. The candidate must be flexible with hours and able to cover sickness and holidays. This is a temporary position but may lead to a permanent position.

The applicant must have a good telephone manner and be able to connect with customers .Office training will be given.
