Full Job Description

Having experience in selling Mobile phones accessories and repairing Mobile phones, laptops, Tablets the primary role will be to selling electronic devices for both Apple and Android products including hardware components replacements and some knowledge dealing with software issues.

Primary Job Role:

• Must have knowledge of devices with sales experience.
• Carry out Screen, battery and other component replacements in phones and tablets
• Be able to resolve software related problems i.e. reset and restores, installing windows and IOS
• Be able to diagnose fault on devices
• Some customer facing experience id preferred
• Perform routine inspection, testing, of smart phones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
• Keep work area clean and tidy
• Other duties will include stock related and general upkeep of the shop to a high standard.

• Knowledge of sales & repairs for most manufactures of smartphones and tablets and accessories.
• Hard working and a positive attitude to work
• Punctual and Presentable
• Be able to interact with customers and other team members efficiently and respectfully
• Good eye for detail and focused to execute all jobs to a high standard

Salary: £26000 (approx.) per year

Experience:

• MOBILE PHONE REPAIR: 1 year (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time either or 5/6 Days

Schedule:

• 8.5 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability
