Your role
Overall responsibility for the management of a Company Breeder Farm, including all aspects of husbandry, ensuring that eggs produced are of the correct standard and specification. The position encompasses commercial aspects of managing the farm, which involves working to budgets, targets and management of people.
What you’ll need
Previous involvement in field
Sound decision maker
Be prepared to undertake NVQ3 and attend any necessary courses
Full UK Driving License
